History:
A.M. Marca, Inc. was founded by Americo Mastroianni in 1967. Prior to that Americo worked for his Father Dominic building homes throughout the TriState area under the name Marca Concrete Corp. When A.M. Marca, Inc. was incorporated by Americo and his Wife Catherine they focused on primarily commercial concrete work.

In 1969 Remo Mastroianni moved to the United States from Broccostella Italy where he was born.
2 days after arriving to this country he went to work as a Laborer for his Uncle Americo here at A.M. Marca, Inc. Throughout the years Remo began to learn the business by then becoming a Carpenter then a Carpenter Foreman. He began learning how to read blueprints and started estimating the projects he would soon begin running. During this time Remo also learned the other scopes affiliated with concrete work such as Metal Lathing and Cement Masonry.

In the early 1980's A.M. Marca, Inc. began doing it's own excavation and started purchasing earthwork equipment. Following that A.M. Marca, Inc. then started performing Site Work and Development. In 1984 Remo became 50% Owner and partner with Americo. In the years to come A.M. Marca, Inc. focused strictly on commercial concrete, excavation and site work for large agencies such as The Port Authority Of NY and NJ, The New York City Health And Hospital Corporation, The State University Construction Fund, The New York City Housing Authority and The New York City School Construction Authority.

In 1999 Americo retired and Remo became sole owner and President of A.M. Marca, Inc. In 2000 his son Michael graduated from Molloy College with a Finance and Economics degree. Throughout Michael's high school and college years he worked in the field as a Laborer, Metal Lather, Operator, Mason and Carpenter. After college Michael began working in the office at A.M. Marca, Inc. where he now controls all the estimating, purchasing, contract negotiations, bonding and insurance, and will even work in the field from time to time. A recent addition to the company is Remo's youngest son Anthony.  Anthony is currently learning all of the trades associated with heavy concrete construction.

A.M. Marca, Inc. is capable performing work for projects ranging from $25,000 to $15,000,000. Our bonding capacity is strong and we are capable of carrying bonds up to $10,000,000.
